Position: Purchase Executive
Experience Required: Minimum 1-3 years (with experience in replenishment)
Location: Panchkula
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Availability: Immediate joiner needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and forecast future replenishment needs to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations.
• Procurement: Source, negotiate, and procure goods and materials from local and international suppliers at competitive prices.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring quality standards and timely deliveries.
• Purchase Orders: Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Cost Optimization: Analyze and reduce procurement costs while maintaining product quality.
• Reporting: Maintain and update procurement records, including reports on purchase activities and supplier performance.
• Compliance: Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in replenishment and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and advanced functions.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (if applicable).
• Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.

Organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
