Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized QA/QC Executive to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining documentation required for quality assurance processes. This role ensures that all records, SOPs, and quality-related documents are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory standards. You will support the QA team by organizing documents, tracking changes, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the Quality Management System (QMS) and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update QA/QC documentation, SOPs, and regulatory records.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Organize and track document changes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in quality audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with the QA team to improve documentation processes.
• Ensure that quality-related data is properly recorded and maintained.
• Support cross-functional teams in maintaining compliance with quality standards.
• Identify documentation gaps and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Post-Graduate in Biotech, Microbiology, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.
• Strong communication and technical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation effectively.
• Basic knowledge of quality assurance processes and compliance standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
