Skill Requirement

Qualification : ITI, Diploma

• Knowledge of API Q1, ISO 9001
• Knowledge of inspection and testing
• Knowledge of special process validation. Control of measuring and monitoring instruments
• Handling of non-conformance products.
• Corrective and preventive Action. Product marking. Identification and traceability.
• Safety conciseness.

Roles & Responsibility

• To perform the in-process, Final inspection and incoming inspection.
• To be verified the All supplier documents as par purchase order.
• To inform to the purchase department to ask the required report from the supplier in case of unavailability of of report as per purchase order requirements.
• To send the test sample to the testing laboratories for chemical and mechanical testing
• To review the test report as per purchase test specification and inform to the senior QA/QC Engineer in case of the Non-conformity.
• To be verified the rout card and traceability of the product in order to ensure that rout card and Traceability is maintained properly during the in process.
• Rout card Number marking of the product after final inspection.
• To perform hydro testing of the product.
• To raise the non-conformance report and ensure that non-conformance product are kept at designated place in order to prevent from unintended use
• To be verified the traceability of the product during process.
• Part and product marking as per product and child part marking.
• overall Responsibility and Accountability of inspection and testing of the product and report to the senior enginee

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
