Due to the continued expansion of our company we currently have fantastic opportunities for anyone that is a qualified Carpenter with at least two years of relevant carpentry experience, post-apprenticeship. In return, you will get to work with a leading carpentry company on various timber frame home projects across counties Dublin, Kildare, Louth and MeathOffaly. As sites are across a wide range of counties, own transport and own tools are a must.

You will need to be a fully qualified carpenter with plenty of experience in all aspects of carpentry. Duties will include timber frame erecting, roofing, 1st fix, 2nd fix, floor fitting, hanging doors, architrave, skirting and measuring and installing stairs. You will work a 40-hour week.

Responsibilities:

• To carry out carpentry works and finishes to the highest standards
• Analysis of issues and finding effective solutions.
• 1st fix and 2nd fix.
• Ability to work with site managers and project managers.
• Ensure all Health and Safety standards are met.
• Work with the overall site team.
• Must be dependable and trustworthy.
• Possess excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified through FAS/SOLAS (or international equivalent).
• Experience in a carpentry role.
• Through understanding of carpentry principles and methods.
• Manual Handling and Safepass holder.
• Full Clean Irish driving license and have own method of transport.
• Ability to understand directions and read drawings.
