Dental Nurse / Treatment Coordinator (Specialist Paediatric Practice)
We are a specialist paediatric dental practice providing high-quality care for children from infancy through adolescence. Our practice is small, highly structured, and values-led, with a strong focus on clinical excellence, organisation, and patient experience.
We are seeking a high-performing, qualified Dental Nurse with the capability and ambition to work across clinical care and treatment coordination.
This is a multi-dimensional role suited to a candidate who is confident, clinically strong, and thrives in a well-run, professional environment.
The Role
This position spans:
- Chairside clinical assisting at a specialist level
- Treatment coordination and patient communication
- Sterilisation and clinical support (sterri)
- Reception and patient flow management
You will be expected to move seamlessly across these areas with efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Dental Nurse (essential)
- Strong clinical assisting skills and experience
- Excellent communication and organisational ability
- Ability to work independently within a structured system
- Professional, calm, and confident manner with children and parents
Highly Desirable
- Experience in treatment coordination
- Qualification in Dental Radiography
- Experience in a specialist or paediatric setting

Pay: €50,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
Education:
- Advanced/Higher Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
- Dental assisting: 1 year (preferred)
Work authorisation:
- Ireland (preferred)
