About Efficient Renewables

Efficient Renewables is a leading renewable energy company based in Donegal,

delivering high-quality heating, solar and energy solutions to homes and businesses

across the Northwest.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Qualified Electrician to join

our expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including heat

pump installations, solar PV systems and electrical works across residential and

commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

 Electrical installation and commissioning of heat pump systems

 Installation, maintenance and servicing of solar PV systems

 Electrical fault finding and troubleshooting

 Testing and inspection of electrical installations

 Ensuring all work complies with current electrical standards and regulations

 Working closely with plumbing and installation teams

 Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach on site

Essential Requirements

 Qualified Electrician

 Minimum 3 years’ electrical experience

 Safe Pass certification

 Manual Handling certification

 Full clean driving licence

 Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 Excellent communication and organisational skills

 Good knowledge of current electrical regulations and standards

Desirable

 Experience with solar PV installations

 Experience with heat pump systems

 Experience working on residential and commercial projects

 Renewable energy experience
