We are looking to recruit a Qualified Technician to join our Technical Support Team based in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to expand their skills, knowledge, and experience and excel in an environment that supports their personal and professional development while delivering industry-leading technical and customer support to our customers and dealer network.

Experience Required: Technician qualification with proven diagnostic ability in all fields, including engine management and vehicle electrics.

Employment Type: Permanent / Full Time

Location: Dublin

Salary: Depending on experience (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical & customer support to our dealer network and end users.
• Carry out dealer visits as required to expedite the repair of urgent cases that cannot be undertaken by other means.
• Liaise directly with our dealer network to resolve concerns and always ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Attend technical training events and support with the development and presentation of technical training to the dealer network.
• Liaise with internal departments to support shared planning and mutual understanding.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Technician qualification with diagnostic ability in all fields, including engine management and vehicle electrics.
• Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally at all levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Full driver’s licence is required.
• High voltage certification is preferred but not essential.
• Customer handling experience would be beneficial.

Some responsibilities of this role may, from time to time require travel through Ireland and or Europe, Training will be given all aspects of the role.

Pay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
