Wash Pointe Car Wash is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager. This position will help us maintain our long success of providing the best quality wash in the Metro Detroit area. We have been a family run car wash business in the Detroit area since 1958. The Quality Assurance Manager will work alongside the General Manager to oversee all aspects of training employees and producing the highest quality car wash experience. You will be responsible for overseeing all sites. Traveling is required.

Job duties include but may not be limited to:

-Initial onboarding and ongoing consistent training of employees.

-Making sure all the sites are meeting company standards with cleanliness and operations.

-Overseeing operations of the car wash including quality of staff, wash process, and equipment

-Interacting with customers and employees with high level of customer service.

-Some light maintenance. Assisting mechanics with jobs from time to time or in case of emergency.

-Working on DRB computer systems

-Handling and resolving complaints and incident reports

-Assisting and implementing the new site along with hiring and training new employees, marketing, and promotion ideas.

-Working the line in case of emergency

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred

-Previous management experience required. The car wash industry preferred.

-Knowledge of the DRB system is a huge plus.

-Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate a team

-Excells at customer service

-Ability to maintain good time management between multiple locations and tasks

-Ability to enforce employee handbook and protocols

-Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation:

$50,000 per year depending on experience
