Global Precision Parts (GPP) is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality function within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with customer requirements, maintaining our Quality Management System, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all quality-related activities across the facility
  • Maintain and improve the ISO Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Oversee customer complaints, corrective actions, and root cause analysis
  • Manage PPAP submissions and support APQP processes
  • Ensure proper implementation of FMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flows
  • Lead structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagrams to drive root cause analysis and effective corrective actions
  • Conduct and oversee internal audits and quality inspections
  • Monitor key quality metrics (scrap, rework, PPM, etc.) and drive improvements
  • Ensure gaging, calibration, and inspection processes are effective
  • Interpret customer drawings and specifications
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and other departments
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the quality team

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of quality experience in manufacturing
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
  • Experience working with customer-specific quality requirements and corrective action processes
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA)
  • Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong problem solving, communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
