Global Precision Parts (GPP) is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality function within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with customer requirements, maintaining our Quality Management System, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all quality-related activities across the facility
- Maintain and improve the ISO Quality Management System (QMS)
- Oversee customer complaints, corrective actions, and root cause analysis
- Manage PPAP submissions and support APQP processes
- Ensure proper implementation of FMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flows
- Lead structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagrams to drive root cause analysis and effective corrective actions
- Conduct and oversee internal audits and quality inspections
- Monitor key quality metrics (scrap, rework, PPM, etc.) and drive improvements
- Ensure gaging, calibration, and inspection processes are effective
- Interpret customer drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and other departments
- Lead, develop, and mentor the quality team
Qualifications:
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of quality experience in manufacturing
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
- Experience working with customer-specific quality requirements and corrective action processes
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA)
- Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong problem solving, communication and organizational skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
