We are currently seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Manager to develop, implement and oversee quality management systems and ensure that organisational processes consistently meet applicable quality standards, internal requirements and regulatory expectations.

About the Role

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and maintaining the organisation's quality assurance framework. The role will work closely with management and operational teams to monitor quality performance, maintain effective systems and procedures, support audit and certification processes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain and continuously improve organisational quality management systems, policies and procedures.
• Plan and coordinate quality assurance activities to ensure consistent standards across business operations.
• Monitor organisational processes and service delivery to identify quality issues, non-conformances and areas requiring improvement.
• Coordinate internal quality audits and support external audits, certification and accreditation processes.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, records and reporting systems.
• Review existing operational processes and recommend corrective and preventive actions where quality standards are not being achieved.
• Establish quality performance indicators and analyse quality data, audit findings, incidents and other relevant information.
• Liaise with management and operational staff to ensure quality requirements are understood and effectively implemented.
• Monitor applicable standards, regulatory requirements and internal policies and assist the organisation in maintaining ongoing compliance.
• Investigate quality-related issues and coordinate corrective actions, follow-up reviews and process improvements.
• Provide guidance and training to staff regarding quality policies, procedures, documentation and quality management practices.
• Prepare quality reports and provide management with recommendations on quality risks, performance and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate certification and accreditation activities and maintain relevant quality records and supporting documentation.
• Promote a culture of quality, accountability and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• A relevant bachelor's degree or higher qualification in quality management, healthcare management, business, science or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional experience in quality assurance, quality management, compliance or a related field.
• Sound knowledge of quality management systems, audit processes, document control and continuous improvement principles.
• Experience developing and implementing quality policies, procedures and operational processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify quality risks and recommend practical improvements.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with management and operational teams.
• Experience within healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical or another regulated environment will be highly regarded.
