Quality Manager

The Quality Manager leads and manages quality assurance processes, to support the objectives of the maintenance contract. The purpose of this role is to provide technical & quality support to the construction teams across a wide range of maintenance construction tasks. The role will manage the quality data, and the maintenance performance framework of the contract. The Quality Manager liaises with key stakeholders and employees, to support the positive reputation of the contract.

With a focus on ensuring quality deliverables, this position will provide support to our site and management staff, through ensuring all quality requirements are maintained, throughout the duration of the contract in accordance with ISO 9001.

Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrated experience delivering enhanced communication, quality and process improvement.
• Promote and deploy HEB initiatives for process improvement, together with educating sites on tools to build capability.
• Enhance knowledge sharing, while coaching and mentoring
• Work closely with teams, to plan beneficial internal audits that focus on improvement and innovation.
