Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced Ready Mix Truck Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of professional driving experience, specifically with ready mix concrete trucks, and must be comfortable operating an automatic transmission vehicle.

This is a full-time position with consistent weekday shifts, starting between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, Monday through Friday. We’re looking for reliable, safety-conscious drivers who are punctual, team-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service on every job.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a ready mix concrete truck with automatic transmission
• Deliver concrete to construction sites in a timely and professional manner
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate with dispatch
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
• Assist with general truck maintenance and cleanliness
• Represent the company positively at all job sites and with customers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Ready Mix Driver or similar truck driving role
• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with clean driving record
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday
• Ability to start shift between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM
• Experience driving automatic transmission trucks
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various outdoor conditions
