Full Job Description
Team Panag Real Estate Inc. is currently seeking a Full-Time Real Estate Receptionist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and have prior real estate office experience. Flexibility to occasionally assist with evening or weekend coverage would be an asset, but not essential.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Reception duties: answering phones, booking/confirming appointments, sending pages using BROKERBAY, greeting clients, receiving deposit cheques, and issuing receipts in a professional manner
  • Inputting new MLS listings, uploading photos, processing price changes/extensions, and reporting sales
  • Drafting offers, waivers, amendments, and other related real estate documents
  • Fill up forms such as data sheet, listing agreement, reco guide, FINTRACS
  • General office administration: typing, drafting letters, scanning documents, restocking office supplies
  • knowledge of tools such as Authentisign, GEO Warehouse, Webforms, REALM, TREB, Broker Bay.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong command of the English language (written and verbal)
  • MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT REAL ESTATE.
  • Minimum 2 years of real estate experience required

Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In person

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
