Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000 - $150,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively negotiate property transactions.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers.
• Manage property listings and maintain organized records of transactions and client interactions.
• Leverage multilingual abilities to cater to a diverse clientele and enhance client relations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven negotiation and marketing abilities
• Experience in property management and administrative tasks
• Organizational skills to manage multiple listings and clients
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
