Convyta delivers high-quality administration and advisory services tailored to the needs of pension & benefits plans, endowments, foundations, and other investment entities. Our Administration team provides third party pension and benefit plan administration. We work closely with the members and Trustees of negotiated cost pension and benefits plans in delivering superior member service and accurate plan information.
Our clients, the trustees of health and welfare trusts, defined benefit and defined contribution plans, value our breadth of experience and attention to detail and service in administering their plans.
Our team is made up of pension and benefit administrators, data analysts, accountants, support staff and consultants, focusing on making sure that plan members understand the benefits that have been negotiated on their behalf.
Reception and Office Administrator
Adding to our growing team, this full-time position will be responsible for reception and office administration duties.
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide an efficient, professional customer service approach to meet all members needs over the phone, by email and in person.
- Check voicemail and email and forward message to appropriate person, troubleshooting when necessary to find owner.
- Open, date stamp and sort mail by department.
- Open and sort dental claims, establish into system.
- Answer calls from members regarding their dental eligibility, dental coverage and claims related questions.
- Data entry and administer information accurately using Excel at an intermediate level.
- Keep member records up to date by entering contact and beneficiary information; send letters detailing missing information.
- Provide administrative support to Director of Trustee Services.
- Coordinate catering services and ensure boardroom is fully prepared for client meetings.
- Run mail through postage machine and drop off.
- Maintain appropriate level of administrative supplies for the office.
- Set up couriers.
- Liaise with service technicians of photocopier, postage machine, etc.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Reception experience
- Intermediate level Excel and Word skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to effectively prioritize workload.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
Our office is centrally located near the Brentwood Sky Train station for an easy commute from around the Lower Mainland. The successful candidate will be provided with a competitive salary, benefits, including RRSP and vacation package. There are also opportunities for growth within pension and benefits administration for the successful applicant.
The salary range for the successful candidate is $48,000 to $53,000, plus a generous bonus and competitive benefits package/RRSP plan. Convyta offers continuous growth and supports employees personal and professional development.
