1. Registration of patient details in software with zero error.
2. Handling complaints, queries, suggestions from patient & their attendants and provide them the required information.
3. To Co-ordinate with various departments for patient well beings.
4. Maintaining Discipline, cleanliness of the entire lobby.
5. Maintaining discipline & friendly environment for smooth running of Front Office.
6. Proper and preventive counseling to the patient’s attendant before admission.
7. Help and guide the patient when they are gaining to meet the doctors for taking consultation.
8. Maintain discipline and que among the patients when doctors are providing the consultation.
9. Keeping record of the patients as per the hospital and NABH standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
- Data entry operator: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
