Job Summary
Bilingual in Spanish & English is a big plus! We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a smooth flow of communication.
- Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.
- Provide clerical support by filing documents, organizing records, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize computer software for data entry and record keeping.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
