Responsibilities will include answering patient phone calls, taking referrals, scheduling return patient appointments, collecting copays and patient balances. This is a very busy, fast- paced office that needs someone who is dependable, organized and the ability to multitask. Position is a full-time position Monday thru Thursday 10 hour days, off all major Holidays. Employees will work closely with the provider and friendly office staff in a team-oriented atmosphere. Candidates must be able to work calmly under pressure, be able to multitask and have great organizational skills while maintaining a nice demeanor.
This person must exhibit professionalism, self-reliant, proactive, and strong communication skills. Experience is preferred.
Requirement
Good customer service skills
Excellent computer skills
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience desirable
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize job duties
Team oriented
Must be dependable
Must be willing to train at Terre Haute location
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
