We are seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and manage check-in/check-out.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage bookings.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Process payments and handle basic cash register duties.
- Provide information about services and products.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and scheduling software.
- Previous experience in customer service or reception preferred.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with attention to detail.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
Work Location: In person
