We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our office. In this role, you’ll keep our daily operations running smoothly, support our team, and ensure every client interaction feels seamless and positive.

What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage the phone system and interact directly with customers to ensure their first impression and experience is a great one.
- Perform data entry, filing, and clerical duties to keep records organized.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and support general office operations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve administrative workflows.
- Assist with proofreading and ensure professionalism in company communications.
- Assist with work logs and billing.
- Carry an upbeat and positive energy with peers and customers.
Basic Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks.
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Calm demeaner and able to handle situations with ease.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a trade industry receptionist is a plus.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software.
- Previous experience in administrative or assistant roles.
- The ability to multitask and assist with a wide range of office duties.

About Us

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
