Temporary Full-Time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
(Medical Leave Coverage — with potential for more)
Leskun & Son Accounting (LSA) in Langley is looking for a temporary, full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team while a valued team member is away on medical leave.
This role is essential to keeping our front desk running smoothly, and while the duration of the position is uncertain, there’s a possibility it could evolve into something longer-term if you bring additional skills and the right fit with our team.

What We’re Looking For
We need someone who can step into the front desk and bring:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear, professional, and friendly communication with clients and team members.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, dependability, and a willingness to learn.
- Experience with office administration (2+ years preferred).
- Comfort with Microsoft 365 and general computer skills.
Bonus points for:
- Bookkeeping or payroll knowledge.
- Experience with tax preparation (Profile Software).
- A valid BC driver’s license and reliable transportation.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist clients at our Langley front desk.
- Manage phones, scheduling, and client correspondence.
- Support administrative processes that keep our firm running smoothly.
- Provide backup support to the team as needed.
The Details
- Location: Langley office.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. There may be opportunities for additional hours depending on the candidate and business needs.
- Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
- Start: As soon as possible.
- Duration: Temporary (length of medical leave unknown). Potential for longer-term opportunities depending on skills and fit.
- Extended Benefits: If the role extends beyond three months, the successful candidate will become eligible for our extended health and dental benefits, as well as company performance bonuses.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
