Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to provide exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Answer, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate people within our organization

-Taking and forwarding messages from incoming callers

-Assigning & Saving incoming telephone messages from the unified queue email inbox

- Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical duties such as scanning, photocopying, deposits

Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printers)
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills- Customer service or customer support background
- Familiarity with phone systems
- Data entry proficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
