Job Descriptions – Padel & Pickleball Club
Designation - Recreational Activities Officer (4 positions)
Location: Dona Paula, Goa
Job Summary:
Role Purpose: Deliver smooth club operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare courts for play (nets, cleaning, lights, water availability)
- Assist guests with equipment rentals and returns
- Support guests and coaches during sessions
- Handle refreshments counter and simple F&B service
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in service industry preferred (hospitality, gyms, sports)
- Energetic, customer-friendly attitude
- Willingness to learn basic rules of padel & pickleball
- Flexible with shifts
