Working Days: Monday to Saturday
We are scaling up and looking for an aggressive Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring and support business growth by bringing in the right talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment from job requisition to offer closure
Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Workindia), LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, etc.
Screen profiles and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates & hiring managers
Ensure a positive candidate experience by facilitating smooth onboarding process, documentation etc.
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
Stakeholder management & vendor management
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate (HR preferred).
Must have understanding of different roles across all corporate functions
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Hands-on experience with Naukri/LinkedIn or other Job boards.
Ability to manage multiple open positions.
Candidate must be having a hunger to learn & grow

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
