Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, sourcing top-tier candidates, managing client requirements, and ensuring timely placements across various domains including IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Administrative roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Analyze job descriptions and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn), internal database, and networking
• Conduct phone screenings and technical evaluations
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Negotiate pay rates and employment terms
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM systems
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly submission and placement targets
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships

Required Qualifications

• 1–5+ years of recruiting experience (IT/Non-IT staffing preferred)
• Strong understanding of US staffing industry
• Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with VMS/MSP clients
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools
• Proven track record of successful placements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
