  • On-site Events: They represent the company at job fairs, trade shows, campus recruitment drives, and community events.
  • Local Relationship Building: They develop and maintain partnerships with local organisations , NGOs, and government bodies to create a steady talent pipeline.
  • End-to-End Hiring: They often manage the full lifecycle, including screening resumes, conducting initial on-site interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Key Requirements & Skills

  • Extensive Travel: A significant part of the role involves traveling to various locations to meet recruits and attend events.
