Starting Salary: $92,279 per year plus superannuation and access to salary packaging benefits.

As our Recruitment Officer, you will lead our end-to-end recruitment process. You will:

  • Attract, engage and secure top talent across a diverse range of roles — from frontline community support to corporate and leadership positions.
  • Facilitate internal and external recruitment from end-to-end.
  • Build talent pipelines that support both current and future workforce needs.
  • Champion inclusive, bias-aware hiring practices.

About You

We are seeking someone with experience in recruitment, human resources or a related field who can lead our recruitment activities.


To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Sound knowledge of contemporary HR and recruitment practice.
  • Experience using in-house online recruitment systems and reviewing recruitment processes and systems to ensure continuous improvement and enhancements.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Written and oral communication skills.
