Job title : Recruitment Coordinator Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and calendar alignment.
  • Manage candidate documentation including resumes, interview feedback forms, offer letters, and onboarding paperwork.
  • Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with accurate candidate status and activity records.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, assessment details, and required documentation.
  • Support recruiters in sourcing activities such as job postings, database screening, and initial candidate outreach.
  • Track recruitment metrics including interview-to-offer ratio, time-to-hire, and candidate pipeline status.
  • Coordinate walk-in interviews and ensure smooth in-office candidate experience (reception, meeting room allocation, documentation collection).
  • Assist in offer rollouts, background verification coordination, and pre-joining follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Work from office on a full-time basis, ensuring real-time coordination, documentation handling, and internal stakeholder support.
  • Employment type: Full-time (work from office)
  • Location: Bangalore
  • Experience: 1-3 years as recruitment coordinator
  • Salary offered: 50k per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
