We are scaling quickly and need a Recruitment Manager to oversee the candidate side of our business — ensuring that only the highest-quality talent is presented to clients.

The Role

As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for owning and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for candidates. From initial CV review and screening interviews to preparing candidate shortlists, you will make sure our clients see the best possible talent for their roles.

You’ll work closely with our Recruiters (AEs), supporting them with pre-qualified candidates and managing the candidate experience through to placement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the candidate pipeline from sourcing to placement.
  • Screen and qualify candidates via CV review, calls, and assessments.
  • Prepare high-quality shortlists for Recruiters (AEs) and clients.
  • Coordinate interviews and feedback loops between candidates and recruiters.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM/ATS.
  • Build and nurture a talent pool of pre-screened candidates for rapid placement.
  • Ensure a professional, high-quality experience for all candidates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and CRM/ATS systems.
  • Resilient, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: €40,000
  • Bonus: Placement-related performance bonus (aligned with company targets)
  • Clear growth path into Head of Recruitment as the business scales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €40,000.00 per year
