Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and write engaging scripts and screenplays for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos.
• Craft attention-grabbing hooks to maximize viewer retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop storyboards and content flow for video campaigns.
• Write captions, subtitles, and supporting copy that enhance clarity and audience connection.
• Research trending formats, hashtags, and audience preferences to create relevant and viral-ready content.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, theme, and marketing objectives.
• Maintain consistency in style and messaging across platforms.
• Deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines while adapting to evolving social media trends.
• Optimize scripts and video content with a basic understanding of SEO and platform algorithms.
• Provide creative input for visual storytelling, transitions, and pacing to strengthen overall impact.

Requirements:

- Freshers welcome – BE CSE, ECE, MBA, BBA, MCA, BCA, BA, MA (Tamil).

- Portfolio of published reels, articles, blogs, or social media content preferred.

- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

- Creative mindset with ability to craft hooks and attention-grabbing intros.

- Basic knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and trending formats.

- Ability to work under deadlines and deliver consistent output.
