Job Description We are looking for a creative and trend-driven Reels Maker / Short-Form Video Editor to produce engaging Instagram and Facebook reels for multiple brands. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and fast-paced video editing. Key Responsibilities Create, edit, and publish Instagram & Facebook reels Research trending audio, formats, and transitions Collaborate with marketing and design teams for content ideas Ensure timely delivery of high-quality short-form videos Maintain brand tone and visual consistency Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in short-form video creation (Reels/Shorts) Proficiency in CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or After Effects Good sense of timing, transitions, and music sync Basic understanding of social media marketing Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Preferred Skills Motion graphics knowledge Experience working with brands or agencies Understanding of analytics and engagement metrics Salary & Benefits Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience) Flexible work options (Remote/Hybrid) Creative and collaborative work environment
