ABOUT THE ROLE


Job Purpose
The Regional Business Controller Commercial is a strategic advisor and decision-support expert for the Replacement Commercial Product Segments (TBR, Fleet, PCT, AG, OTR).
As a key member of the Finance Team, you will drive planning, financial analysis, and operational excellence while partnering across functions to enable profitable growth and continuous improvement across the region.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver in-depth performance controlling and analysis for all P&L elements (Net Sales, OPEX, OP) across products, channels and markets.
  • Analyze business performance, run P&L simulations and scenario analyses, identify risks/opportunities, and propose solutions.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze variances, and develop actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Lead ad-hoc financial analysis and business case development to support investment decisions.
  • Prepare and present management reporting packages to business leaders.
  • Coordinate planning cycles including forecasts, budgets, and mid-term plans, ensuring alignment with business targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems, reports, and processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the finance organization, including digital transformation.

Qualifications & Experience Required

Education:
  • University degree required.
  • Preferred: Accounting & Controlling, Business Administration, Engineering.

Experience (years):
  • Minimum 5 years in senior finance business controlling roles, ideally within a multinational environment.
  • Ability to work within a matrix organization.

Technical Skills:
  • Strong financial, business, and consumer acumen.
  • Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Proficiency with large datasets and complex systems.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality outputs under time pressure.

Language Skills:
  • English required.

Soft/Behavioral Skills:
  • Strong team player with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented.
  • High level of accuracy, precision, and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
