The Opportunity

This is a rare and career-defining opportunity to step into a Regional Business Manager role, leading a network of stores and concessions across NSW.

Reporting to the State Manager, you will take ownership of regional performance, people leadership, and operational excellence—shaping both the commercial success and culture of your region.

This is a role for a leader who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution, building high-performing teams while delivering strong financial outcomes.
