Description:
The Regional Business Manager for M.J. Bale is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the company's business operations in a specific region. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage and develop the team, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence across multiple locations. The main responsibilities of the Regional Business Manager include:

Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability within the assigned region.
Leading, motivating, and managing a team of store managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
Driving brand awareness and promoting M.J. Bale's products through effective marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all stores within the region.
Analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
Collaborating with various departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to support the overall success of the business.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in retail management or similar industry, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Skills and Experiences:
Required skills

Proven experience in managing and growing a retail business, preferably within the fashion industry
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
In-depth understanding of market trends and customer preferences
Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Required experiences

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, overseeing multiple retail locations
Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives
Experience in recruiting, training, and developing high-performing teams
Proven success in implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract customers
Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail operations best practices
