Today Mobility delivers a consumer-centered platform for vehicle logistics with the highest precision. We provide the solution needed to support tomorrow’s car ownership – today.

Our logistics services cater to the entire need of the car. We deliver everything from test drives at home, home deliveries of new and used cars, to pick-up and drop-off services for car maintenance, etc.

We work closely and deeply integrated with some of the largest stakeholders in the automotive industry. So far, we have delivered over 200,000 assignments for the biggest car brands and dealers across Sweden and Norway. Currently, we collaborate with Volvo Cars, Polestar, Lynk&Co, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Mercedes, Bilia, Hedin Bil, Bavaria, Din Bil, Hertz, Kvd Bil, among others.

Who do we want you to be?

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Several years of experience working within the Norwegian automotive industry, whether as part of a dealership, leasing company, or another key player in the ecosystem.
  • A deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the sector.
  • A strong network among dealerships and other automotive stakeholders in Oslo and beyond.
  • A proactive, self-sufficient approach combined with the ability to lead and inspire a team of drivers with clarity, empathy, and precision.
  • Exceptional sales and account management skills, ensuring quality delivery and long-term client relationships.

The Role

The Regional Manager is a key role within the organization.

A majority of your time will be focused on working closely with your large automotive customers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that in turn lead to continued growth. This customer-focused work is seamlessly tied to your role as a leader for your driver team, where you will manage with clarity, respect, and care, fostering a positive and productive environment. In both your sales efforts and team management, you will receive strong support from central resources, ensuring you and your drivers have everything needed to excel in your roles.

Reporting to: Managing Director for the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and secure new clients to expand our customer base.
  • Drive the successful implementation of new customer accounts.
  • Conduct ongoing needs analysis and uncover opportunities for upselling.

Team & Operations Management:

  • Ensure employee satisfaction by fostering a motivated and well-trained team.
  • Take full budget responsibility for your region and ensure financial goals are met.
  • Collaborate with the central operations team on recruitment, onboarding, and training.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
  • Proven sales skills and a track record of achieving targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
  • A genuine passion for delivering world-class customer service.
  • Technically savvy with mobile apps, Google tools, and Office packages.
  • A self-starter with a passion for growth and success.
