Misty Croft, a Daffodil Care Group company, is now recruiting a Regional Manager for our residential services for young people seeking international protection, our residential services are based in Wicklow and Waterford. We welcome applications from experienced managers with a proven track record in the delivery of care services to the highest standard.
Reporting to Executive Management and directly to the Director of Services, The Regional Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of services, ensuring targets are met regarding identified key performance indicators.
This role will act as a key support to the broader Management Team and will support Managers in all aspects of service management and provision.
About The Role
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ social care management experience in children’s residential services
- Minimum level 8 degree in Social Care OR level 7 in social care and a relevant management qualification
- Experience in and demonstrated ability to empower others to achieve and change management.
- A successful record in the delivery of care services to a high standard and results focused.
- Demonstrate action planning, prioritisation, budgeting, and resource management skills.
- Strong administrative and technology skills.
