POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Regional Revenue Manager to maximize total property profitability and digital performance for our portfolio

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing pricing, yield management, ancillary revenue generation, e-commerce, and distribution strategies across multiple properties. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of market dynamics, forecasting, and digital conversion. You will work closely with General Managers, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure all revenue opportunities—from rooms to ancillary streams—are identified and captured.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Forecasting:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies for all properties within the assigned region.
  • Create and maintain accurate rolling forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand drivers to inform strategic decisions.
  • Analyze and identify opportunities to drive incremental ancillary revenue (e.g., F&B, parking, spa, upgrades, late check-out) and work with property teams to implement new strategies.
  • Conduct regular displacement analysis for group and contract business.

Pricing & Yield Management:

  • Establish and manage dynamic pricing strategies across all market segments and channels.
  • Strategically manage room type differentials, package components, and segment pricing to maximize accommodation revenue and optimize inventory.
  • Implement and oversee yield controls (e.g., length-of-stay restrictions, close-outs) to optimize inventory.
  • Monitor and manage pricing in the Revenue Management System (RMS).

Distribution & E-commerce Management:

  • Optimize channel mix to increase high-value direct bookings and reduce cost of acquisition.
  • Drive and optimize the performance of the e-commerce channels, focusing on booking engine conversion, merchandising, and user experience.
  • Manage relationships with third-party partners (OTAs, GDS, etc.), ensuring rate parity.
  • Oversee the online presence and content for properties within the region, Ensuring rate, inventory, and promotional content are accurately displayed.
  • Identify and leverage new distribution opportunities.

Analysis & Reporting:

  • Prepare and present detailed weekly and monthly performance reports for senior leadership and property-level teams.
  • Analyze "pace" reports to identify demand trends and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Provide insights on market share performance using tools like [e.g., STR reports, Demand360, Agency360].
  • Analyze web analytics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates) to identify opportunities for improving the online booking funnel.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead and/or support on-property teams, providing training and guidance on revenue management principles.
  • Conduct regular revenue strategy meetings with General Managers, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team on group pricing and with Marketing on promotional campaigns and digital merchandising strategies.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process for all revenue streams, including rooms, ancillary, and F&B.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • [3-5+] years of progressive experience in revenue management in hospitality industry.
  • Minimum [2+] years of multi-property or regional revenue management experience.
  • Expert proficiency with branded (Hilton, IHG & Marriott) Revenue Management Systmes and Property Management Systems (PMS) [e.g., Opera, FOSSE, OnQ, PEP, Lightspeed].
  • Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms, booking engines, or channel managers.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, modeling, v-lookups).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.

Preferred:

  • Professional certification (e.g., CRME - Certified Revenue Management Executive).
  • Experience in Total Revenue Management (TRM) or managing non-room revenue streams is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles (SEO/SEM, CRO - Conversion Rate Optimization).
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools like [e.g., Tableau, Power BI].
  • In-depth knowledge of the Florida market.

Travel Requirements

This position requires travel as needed to properties within the region, for meetings, and for industry events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
