Position Title:
Regional Sales Manager / Channel Sales Manager (US Market)
(Individual Contributor with Channel Leadership Responsibilities)
Role Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence within the assigned U.S. territory through direct customer engagement and effective management of sales representatives and distributor partners. This role combines hands-on sales execution with channel strategy, distributor governance, and market intelligence, aligned with overall commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Sales and Customer Engagement
- Conduct regular customer visits independently and jointly with sales representatives or distributor partners to promote the company’s product portfolio, build strategic customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for key accounts within the territory, supporting design-in activities, demand forecasting, and long-term account growth.
- Channel and Distributor Management
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard sales representatives and distributors in line with global channel strategy and compliance requirements.
- Manage and optimize distributor performance to ensure alignment with revenue targets, territory coverage, and customer service standards.
- Provide ongoing training and enablement to channel partners to ensure accurate product positioning, technical understanding, and consistent brand representation.
- Market Development and Scale-Up Support
- Assess distributor capabilities and market readiness to support volume growth and mass-production phases, including logistics, inventory management, and customer support infrastructure.
- Recommend adjustments to channel strategy based on market trends, customer demand, and performance data.
- Performance Management and Reporting
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and distributor effectiveness using defined KPIs, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, market insights, and competitive intelligence to support forecasting and strategic planning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, operations, and technical teams to align market requirements with internal capabilities.
- Support pricing strategies, go-to-market initiatives, and other commercial programs as required.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
