What You Bring:

  • Proven Sales Experience: 5+ years of success in selling complex technical solutions with a long sales cycle, and a track record of engaging executive decision-makers across multiple industries.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of IP Security solutions (hardware and software), with the ability to design, present, and sell tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Business Acumen & Initiative: Goal-oriented and proactive, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and execute on strategic sales objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Skilled at cultivating and maintaining long-term customer relationships, leveraging a professional network, and earning customer trust across your territory.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Expertise in verbal and written communication, including proposal writing and delivering technical presentations to diverse stakeholders—from engineers to C-suite executives.
  • Salesforce Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and forecast revenue.
  • Willingness to Travel: A readiness to travel frequently within the APAC region to engage directly with customers and drive success.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding of regional cultures and commercial practices across APAC, allowing for effective market navigation and strategic adaptation.
  • Adaptability & Learning: Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and adjust sales strategies to meet evolving market demands and customer needs.
