Your Role

You’ll play an essential part in supporting our clinical team and ensuring every patient visit is smooth, comfortable, and efficient.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting chairside for restorative, cosmetic, and general procedures
• Taking digital X-rays and intraoral photos and scans
• Clinical notes
• Preparing, sterilizing, and organizing treatment rooms and instruments
• Providing post-treatment instructions and patient education
• Occasionally assisting with lab cases and supply ordering

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Prior dental assisting experience required (RDA or CDA preferred)
• Skills: Comfortable assisting in a fast-paced & detail-driven environment
• Personality: Positive, reliable, and compassionate — a true team player who cares about patient comfort and outcomes
• Technology: Familiarity with digital X-rays, intraoral scanners, and modern dental software (Dentrix Ascend experience is a plus)

Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (Fridays off)
• Compensation: $20–$26 /hour (based on experience) + Weekly & Monthly Bonus Opportunities!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 38 per week
