Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The Early Childhood Teacher will play a crucial role in shaping the early learning experiences of children, helping them develop essential skills and a love for learning.

Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Educate children through play-based learning activities that encourage exploration and creativity.
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create a positive learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of each child's development and behavior.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Utilize time management skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently throughout the day.
• Foster an inclusive atmosphere by supporting bilingual education, particularly for children who speak English and French.

Requirements

• CPR and First Aid
• Police clearance vulnerable sector
• Negative TB test.
• Rece in good standing
• Safe food handlers certificate
• Transportation
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children and parents.
• Time management skills to ensure smooth classroom operations.
• Ability to create a warm, welcoming, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Proficient in using technology for classroom management and educational purposes.
• A genuine passion for educating young minds and contributing positively to their growth.
