Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our dynamic team. Work daily from 10am to 6 pm daily , Monday to Friday. This role is essential in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, helping them to develop socially, emotionally, and academically. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of early childhood education principles and be committed to creating engaging learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of children.

Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children.
• Educate children through play-based learning activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and share best practices.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the varying needs of children, including those with disabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments.

Experience

• A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a childcare or educational setting is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy classroom environment.
• Proficiency in computer operation for administrative tasks and educational purposes.
• Familiarity with bilingual education, particularly in English and French, is a plus.
• A commitment to continuous professional development in early childhood education practices.
• Must be able to work till 6pm daily, flexible to cover various shifts if needed for sick time, vacation etc.

Pay: $25.66 per hour
