Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to address pain management and promote overall wellness.
• Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress while adhering to confidentiality standards.
• Educate clients on self-care techniques and the benefits of regular massage therapy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients at all times.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure or certification in massage therapy.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and occupational health principles.
• Experience in providing exceptional patient service and customer care.
• Familiarity with various massage techniques, particularly deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
• Previous experience in a med spa setting is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
