Registered Nurse

This is a permanent, part time role working an average of 21 hours per week on a rotating roster pattern of 3 days on, 5 days off. You will work a mix of mostly afternoon shifts (2:45pm - 11:15pm) and night shifts (11pm - 7am).

  • You will work a total of 168 hours across an 8-weekly roster cycle (average of 21 hours per week).

Where You’ll Make an Impact

  • Provide person-centred clinical care for our 94 residents across rest home, hospital, dementia, and specialised dementia care.
  • Lead a team of caregivers to provide the highest quality clinical care.
  • Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain accurate paperwork.
  • Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Your Person-First Approach

You’ll help us make a real difference through your RN experience, personal passion, and empathy.

  • Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
  • Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
  • Ideally experience in caring for residents with dementia.
  • Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
  • A compassionate nurse who strives for excellence and to make an impact in residents’ lives.
