ALDEN ROSE COURT - REGISTERED NURSE OPPORTUNITIES
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Registered nurse with a passion for providing exceptional nursing care, to make a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents here at Alden Rose Court, located in Christchurch.
What Will You Be Doing:
You will deliver high-quality care, have the ability to lead others, and be great at building relationships with all key stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care, promoting their well-being, and ensuring our residents have a better every day.
These roles are Full time but you Must be able to work all shifts as we operate 24/7, this include weekend and night shift
What You Will Bring To The Role:
Being a Registered Nurse in our facility is more than just a job. We focus on a Resident first care approach. Our residents need your help in addition to your clinical care and support.

What You Will Bring To The Role:
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse with a current NZ practicing certificate
- Ideally with experience in New Zealand in aged care.
- Experience implementing best practice and knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- A passion for caring for others
