About the Role:

You are an experienced and confident Registered Nurse. You could be coming from the DHB or Aged Care industry. You may have senior nursing leadership experience in a larger facility looking for your next challenge.

You will be a personable and confident leader with extensive clinical expertise, and facility management experience. In this hands-on leadership role, you will ensure that the highest standards of care are delivered across the facility and that clinical policy, and procedures are adhered to.

This is a full-time permanent role.

About You:

• Be highly experienced in Facility/Clinical leadership roles
• Hold New Zealand Nursing Registration and current APC
• Along with the team, be responsible for facility management and clinical governance
• Provide support and mentoring to the team

Key skills required:

• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a leadership role
• Confident in clinical skills and knowledge
• Dynamic and capable leader and manager
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate with concise documentation skills
• Be InterRai competent
• All applicants must have a valid work visa, New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency
