About the Role
Surgical services inpatient wards provide acute/elective services for patients of varying ages and a variety of surgical conditions. Ward 27 is a specialist surgical ward with acute and arranged admissions. The ward provides pre and post-operative cares for patients having ear, nose and throat surgeries, urology and ophthalmology patients as well as other general surgeries.
The role is challenging, varied and offers an opportunity to join an enthusiastic, progressive nursing team who pride themselves on providing quality nursing care to patients/families.
This is a temporary, maternity leave cover 0.8FTE role, working rostered, rotating shifts.
