Job Summary
Spirit Healthcare is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Rehab Equipment Technician, Delivery Driver & Warehouse Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3+ years of experience in rehabilitation or medical equipment assembly, servicing, and repair. Job Purpose:
The Rehab Equipment Technician, Delivery Driver & Warehouse Support role primarily focuses on the assembly, configuration, servicing, and repair of rehabilitation equipment. This position also provides backup support for equipment deliveries and general warehouse operations as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Role - Rehab Equipment Technician:
- Assemble and configure rehabilitation equipment at the Spirit Mobility office.
- Perform in-home equipment setup and adjustments when on-site assembly is required.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair rehabilitation equipment, including wheelchairs, seating systems, lifts, and related devices.
- Collaborate with Sales Specialists to ensure proper equipment configuration and client satisfaction.
- Install medical equipment in offices and medical buildings as needed.
Delivery Driver (Backup Role):
- Provide backup delivery support for medical supplies and standard durable medical equipment (DME).
- Load, secure, and transport equipment safely using company vehicles.
- Accurately document all services, repairs, and deliveries using company systems and mobile tools
Warehouse Support Responsibilities (Backup Role):
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing inventory.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Prepare equipment and supplies for outgoing deliveries.
- Support warehouse staff during high-volume periods or staff absences.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Mechanical aptitude or technical repair experience; mobility or rehabilitation equipment experience is considered an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic proficiency with computers and mobile devices
- Experience working with rehabilitation or medical equipment preferred
Working Condition/Physical Demands
- Majority office hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
- Large Corporate Pharmacy and office environment, shipping and receiving
- Repetitive lifting of 50lbs and over
- Inclusive work environment and Team culture
- Flexibility in schedule as needed for business purposes
- Comfortable with extended periods of driving and client visits.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
