What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex remedial projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Perform advanced defect assessments and oversee remediation designs.
  • Prepare fee proposals, tender documentation, and expert reports for legal contexts (e.g., NCAT).
  • Manage contract administration, including contractor claims and inquiries.
  • Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor of Engineering or Construction & Project Management (or equivalent).
  • 4+ years’ experience in structural design and remedial solutions.
  • Expertise in waterproofing, weatherproofing, concrete spalling, corrosion resistance, and defect inspections.
  • Strong contract administration skills and knowledge of NCC and building codes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver innovative solutions.
