What This Job is:

I’m a solo founder building something from scratch, and I need someone who’s comfortable with tech, curious, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do. You’ll be my right hand for managing Jira Board, breaking big goals into small steps, and handling small but important tasks, leveraging AI tools or updating docs.

What You’ll Actually Do:

✅ Own our Jira board — understand goals, turn Epics into Subtasks, keep things moving
✅ Handle light admin, research, or online tasks — whatever keeps things moving forward
✅ Use Windows, Office suite, and AI tools like a pro or are willing to learn how to. (You must have your own laptop — we are remote only)
✅ Learn fast, ask questions (as many as you want), and take initiative.

You’re a Fit If You:

• Know your way around Jira or can pick it up quickly - Its super simple.
• Have built even one simple tool using AI
• Are comfortable with AI tools and online workflows
• Are quick and efficient at researching (using Google, AI and other tools)
• Want to grow — this isn’t a dead-end gig, it’s a launchpad
• Don’t need titles — you just want to get stuff done
• Want to learn how to automate workflows using AI - We have the tools, you will manage them.
